May is Mental Health Month

May is Mental Health Month

During the month of May, mental health advocates from across the country bring awareness to mental health. Each year May is Mental Health Month aims to fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for equal care. Each year, the movement grows stronger.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness has developed a number of resources and ways individuals can get involved during May is Mental Health Month. To see these resources, follow this link.
